Course Expectations

Physical Fitness - 1st & 2nd Blocks
 
RULES, GRADING PROCEDURES, AND EXPECTATIONS:
 
1. Students will be expected to dress out everyday
2. Students will be expected to complete given assignments every day
3. Students will be on time
4. Students will be graded on effort and improvement
5. Students will lose ten points for every unexcused day of non-participation
6. Students will be expected to demonstrate the proper technique in running, stretching, and weight lifting
as well as spotting by the end of the semester.
